Because many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer through our fulfillment partners, shipping works a little differently than a traditional online store.
Shipping Information
Each supplier ships directly from their own warehouse using their preferred shipping carrier and rates. As a result:
- Shipping costs are determined by the individual supplier.
- If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, you may see separate shipping charges at checkout.
- Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
- Tracking information will be provided as each shipment is fulfilled.
Save on Shipping
The easiest way to reduce shipping costs is to purchase multiple products from the same brand or supplier. Since those items ship together from a single warehouse, you'll typically pay less in shipping than ordering products from several different suppliers.
We're continually adding new brands and expanding our selection so you'll have even more choices from your favorite suppliers.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, although processing times may vary by supplier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each shipment.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, return policies may vary depending on the manufacturer.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work directly with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To begin a return, please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)
Items generally must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Some food products, sauces, spices, and other consumable items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to food safety regulations.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier and supplier to locate your order and provide updates.
